A group of 35 members visit schools for an hour weekly.

“We wanted to bring a new approach on schools with health and fitness and making them aware of the importance of health and fitness everyday. You just need 30 minutes. We do eight schools and once a week. We visit different schools spending an hour there,” he says.

This initiative will continue at the schools as they get the go-ahead from the schools. The initiative started three weeks ago and has been well-received by the schools thus far.

“Next year, we will start the high schools. They have seen what we are doing and said we can implement it from next year. The kids are very excited to have us at school,” he says. “The kids are always asking if we are coming back and they received us positively. We are looking forward to starting with the high schools next year.”
